Reporting to the Associate Director of CFS, this position is responsible for daily transactional management of an assigned portfolio.Primary Responsibilities:

• Administering invoices in accordance with service agreements
• Proactively communicate with Sales and Customers and provide solutions to problems or requests with a sense of urgency
• Calculating, preparing, and issuing invoices
• Planning and establishing work priorities and processes, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are being followed
• Initiating and completing dispute resolution for assigned customers
• Assisting internal customers in all related areas
• Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports
• Make recommendations for new and improved procedures
• Be willing to assume additional work within the scope of departmental responsibilities
• Be available to work extended hours as needed especially at month end and during turn arounds
• Must meet all deadlinesQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field with basic accounting skills and/or several years of administration experience
  • Strong computer aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Database concepts
  • Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work extended hours at month end and adhere to deadlines.
