• Post cash payments on customer accounts and balance cash posted to cash receipts.
• Post deductions with proper codes in system.
• Adjust accounts as needed within scope.
• Distribute unapplied cash documentation to billing or collections.
• Work with customers to obtain remit information.
• Assist in customer account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Collections and Billing to resolve issues with customer payments.Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a billing/collections/Accounts Receivable environment required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet team deadlines
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access
