is an in-office opportunity located at 20 Parker Lane, Perry, NY
14530 and occasionally in our East Aurora office at 300 Gleed Ave,
East Aurora, NY 14052. Number of openings for this position 1 Pay
Starting at $19.25-$20.25 per hour plus $630 to be paid towards
medical health insurance per month. Schedule Monday to Friday 7am-
4pm, with occasional weekend work. Job Summary The Building
Grounds, Cleaning, and Maintenance personnel are responsible for
cleaning and maintaining the facilities. Building maintenance will
help ensure that the appearance and physical condition of the
property satisfies the supervisor and Operating Board.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, heavy
cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing
walls and glass, and removing garbage, Provide day-to-day
maintenance and housekeeping services to the assigned properties.
The schedule will be full time, primarily at the Perry, NY facility
and as needed, at the East Aurora, NY facility. Security
Information and Physical Security is the responsibility of every
employee. In your position you are required to safeguard the
computer systems by following proper username and password
management which includes selecting challenging passwords and
committing them to memory, they should not be written down or
stored where others can freely have access. This also includes
securing your desk and workstation when you are not there. This
includes locking your session and putting sensitive paperwork away
when not physically at your desk. You are not to share your
username or password with anyone. The physical security of our
offices of are equal importance, never shadow or let someone shadow
your entry into a Coast Professional, Inc. facility. If this occurs
quickly report this action immediately. You are required to follow
all Information Technology policies and procedures regarding the
management of your system accounts and equipment. If you witness
any security violation you should immediately report it to
management. Job Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain
office facilities with the provided cleaning checklist. Work with
and escort vendors. Coordinate facility projects, maintenance and
housekeeping projects with supervisor. Complete maintenance tasks
to ensure smooth ongoing operations within the facility (e.g.
replacing lights, painting, light assembly, hanging pictures,
moving furniture, storing supplies and periodic errands). Unplug
sinks, toilets and drain lines. Perform preventive maintenance and
emergency maintenance repairs. Interior painting as needed.
Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be a minimum of
18 years of age Education High school diploma or GED required
Experience One (1) or more years of building cleaning experience.
One (1) or more years of building maintenance experience. This
position requires a broad background and skills in cleaning and
general maintenance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High energy
level, professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable. Excellent
communication skills. Mechanical aptitude. Reliable and insured
transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving
record. Able to work flexible schedules periodically to manage
inspections and/or work that must occur during off-peak work hours.
Knowledge of building cleaning to include disinfection, carpet care
and floor maintenance. Ability to work in an organized, efficient
manner with attention to detail and follow-through. Skilled in the
use and care of tools. Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.
Ability to problem solve and work independently. Ability to
multi-task. Able to establish and maintain effective relationships
with co-workers. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer)
background check. Clearance As a federal contractor, this position
requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to
classified information. The background investigation is conducted
by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and is an evaluation of
the whole person to determine suitability. The suitability review
begins after a conditional offer of employment has been accepted
and will include a review of your employment, education,
residences, references, criminal history and credit, as an example.

has travel requirements and may require overnight travel. While
