At JLL, a leader in real estate services, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and the highest level of tenant satisfaction across our commercial properties. The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance and repair tasks, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure property assets are maintained to a high standard, and applying strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly. Perform and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues. Supervise junior maintenance staff and provide training as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers. Assist with budget preparation for maintenance expenses. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with maintenance management software.
