Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to provide supervision and behavior specialist support within a K-12 school district in Mesquite, Texas. This role primarily involves overseeing and mentoring approximately seven Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across multiple school locations within the district on an itinerant basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide virtual supervision to assigned RBTs ensuring compliance with behavior intervention plans Collaborate with school personnel to support behavior-related goals and interventions Maintain active BCBA licensure and adhere to ethical guidelines Utilize previous virtual supervision experience to manage caseload effectively Support behavior specialists in implementing behavior strategies district-wide Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA license required Prior experience supervising RBTs virtually or in educational settings Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles applicable in K-12 schools Able to manage time across multiple sites and maintain consistent communication Location: Virtual position serving Mesquite Independent School District, Texas (Itinerant based on RBT locations) Schedule and Duration: Part-time position offering 10-14 hours per week Contract through May 28, 2026 Start date ASAP This role offers an opportunity to impact K-12 students by supporting behavior specialists and RBTs through expert supervision and guidance.
