Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized
services within a school setting serving students from Kindergarten
through 12th grade. This contract position is based in Warren, MI,
and offers a unique opportunity for professionals experienced in
pediatrics and educational environments to support student
development in speech and language. Responsibilities include:
Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and
communication disorders for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists to
develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student
needs Monitoring and documenting student progress to ensure
achievement of therapy goals Participating in team meetings and
providing guidance on speech and language strategies across the
curriculum Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification
as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with pediatric
populations in school settings Ability to work effectively across
multiple grade levels (K-12) Strong interpersonal and communication
skills for collaboration with education professionals and families
Location: Warren, Michigan area (temporary relocation is supported)
