Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a Senior Operations Training Instructor dedicated to designing, implementing, and enhancing training programs across a diverse portfolio of energy solutions, including power, natural gas, and renewable energy. The ideal candidate will support operational excellence by developing advanced training methodologies and ensuring that our teams are equipped to meet the dynamic challenges of the energy sector. Develop and deliver advanced training modules focused on operational procedures and safety compliance in the energy and utilities sector. Collaborate with management to assess training needs and tailor programs to meet those needs effectively. Implement innovative training techniques to improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior trainers and other instructional staff. Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and advances in energy technology to incorporate relevant topics into training sessions. Strong instructional and presentation skills Deep understanding of energy sector mechanics and safety protocols Proficiency in training software and educational technologies Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into effective training materials Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) OSHA Certified Trainer in relevant areas Professional Certification in Renewable Energy (optional but beneficial)
