Rebuild and install any range of pumping and associated piping systems assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, to specifications and plumbing spec. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs, confidently present job quotes, and successfully close the proposed work. Diagnose, Repair and Install a variety of plumbing fixtures and equipment, such as valves, control devices, pumps, boilers, sinks, toilets, faucets, water, and sewer lines. Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping systems. Cuts and threads pipe, assembles and installs valves, pipefittings, and pipes Clear stoppages and repair breaks or leaks in water, and sewer lines or other pipes Operate various power tools, including jackhammers, drill motors, power snakes, power water jets Maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards. Desired Skills & Experience Highschool diploma/GED Clean, safe driving record. Strong organizational skills with excellent follow through. Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills. High integrity, strong social skills, and the ability to work within a team. A drive for continuous improvement and growth. Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Self-motivated, adaptable, and always positive. Must be able to list 50 pounds with ability to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices)
