As a technician, you will provide essential maintenance and repair services, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our daily operations. Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on coffee machines, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other store equipment. Diagnose issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance logs. Collaborate with store management to optimize equipment performance. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Proficiency with hand and power tools Good communication and customer service skills Time management and prioritization Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician preferred
