Parts Counter Associate . This is an opportunity to become part of
something big! Pay, Schedule & Location $22–$25/hour , depending on
experience Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift Overtime as needed
On-site in Elma, NY What You'll Do Identify, source, and sell parts
for construction and aggregate equipment Work the parts counter
assisting contractors, technicians, and walk-in customers Support
the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for
repairs Order parts, receive inventory, and maintain accurate stock
levels Process sales, returns, and special orders accurately Keep
the parts counter, warehouse, and inventory organized and
professional What We're Looking For Previous parts counter
experience required (heavy equipment strongly preferred) Background
in heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, ag, or similar industries
Strong parts identification skills and technical aptitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Solid
customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable,
and able to work independently Product training and manufacturer
