The role is crucial for ensuring the optimization and reliability of automated systems. This position will interface closely with both our real estate and manufacturing divisions, deploying cutting-edge technologies to optimize property management through automation and proactive maintenance solutions. Implement and oversee maintenance protocols for automated systems, ensuring operational consistency and efficiency. Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues in automation equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Upgrade existing automated systems to maximize technology utilization and cost-efficiency. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to integrate systems and share necessary improvements in automated processes. Conduct regular training sessions for maintenance staff on new automation technologies and protocols. Manage documentation and compliance to adhere to industry standards and safety regulations. Strong technical skills in using automation tools and software Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing automated systems Proficiency in PLC programming and robotics Ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics Excellent collaborative and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in PLC programming Robotic process automation (RPA) certification preferred
