As a Sr. Electrical Engineer within our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our engineering solutions that support our extensive range of energy products and services. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a keen interest in sustainable energy solutions. You will be responsible for leading projects, solving complex problems, and collaborating with teams to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability are achieved in all our utility services. Design, test, and implement electrical systems for various energy applications. Lead cross-functional project teams to meet project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulatory requirements. Optimize energy systems for enhanced sustainability and efficiency. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to integrate new technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Strong proficiency in electrical engineering software (e.g., ETAP, SKM, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Project management and leadership abilities Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations (NEC, NESC) Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
