Overview:
- The Senior Project Manager will work within Citi's new
Institutional Credit Management (ICM) function, situated within the
ICG Front Office.
- ICM is responsible for the management of Wholesale Credit Risk
activities on behalf of all ICG Lines of Business, and plays a key
role to service our clients.
- The role holder will work closely with business stakeholders to
address both Regulatory and Strategic requirements to further
enhance and evolve the Business Operating Model. These requirements
will then be translated by the role holder into actionable plans,
that can then be executed upon.
- Another significant aspect of this role will be the undertaking
of detailed analysis across upcoming technology releases impactful
to ICM. The role holder will be required to perform detailed
business impact assessments across all upcoming technology releases
- and determine what the change means for the business, and what
aspects of the business operating model/artifacts will need to be
updated to reflect the changes -Responsibilities:
- Work closely with both Business and Product Management Team
across a varied portfolio of projects and deliverables
- Management and Execution of Business Impacts Assessments across
a broad range of technology releases for multiple stakeholders and
subject matters
- Support the Business teams to execute changes to business
artifacts identified throughout the business impact assessment in a
structured and timely manner
- Support Product Management to identify any disconnects or
concerns that the Business may have in relation to upcoming
technology releases - and then support Product Management to
appropriately address these
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the broader
Institutional Credit Management function - and identify
opportunities to enhance its ways of operating
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the Wholesale Credit
Risk Policy framework that ICM works within
- Development and Maintenance of Project Plans, RAID Logs, and
other Project Artifacts
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Citi Lines
of Business, and other key functions
- Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply
in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area
and basic knowledge of other areas.
- Work as a team to achieve objectives and negotiate with
internal parties.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct
supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,
demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation
and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving
compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to
Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing
and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as
effectively supervise the activity of others and create
accountability with those who fail to maintain these
standards.

- Experience of Wholesale Credit Risk
- Experience of working within a Front Office Environment
- Comprehensive Understanding of Project Management

- Experience of performing business transformation
- Experience of performing business impact assessments
- Experience of working with Product Management Teams - and a
comprehensive understanding of the technology development
lifecycle
- Previous Experience of working within a multinational financial
services organization
- Experience of working within a commercial underwriting type
