(ID: 24001655)Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales & Use TaxJob Location: Tonawanda, NY*Qualifications ** Bachelors Degree in Accounting, MST degree or courses a plus* 7-10 years of Sales Tax experience in either a large industry or Big 4 Public Accounting with a Manufacturing or retail background* Experience using Vertex or other sales tax software is necessary* Prior experience managing a team preferred* Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements utilizing innovative solutions* Ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization* Ability to drive value and minimize tax within the sales tax function* Strong project management skills* Strong desire to work in a progressive tax department where meeting the compliance deadlines are considered the minimum requirements for the position.
