Job Description:
The Dentist provides comprehensive dental care, diagnoses,
treats, prevents, and educates patients of all ages on oral
hygiene.
Establishes policies, supervises dental assistants and hygienists,
and participates in quality assurance and peer review
processes.
Works collaboratively in community outreach and education programs
and may work at multiple locations, including evenings and
weekends.
Requires a Nebraska dental license, DDS degree, DEA certificate,
and active BLS.
Must demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and effective
communication skills, with knowledge of healthcare models and
regulatory standards.
Expected to work at least 40 hours weekly, with some travel and
exposure to hazards mitigated by PPE.
