Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Rochester, New
York, 14621! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
License: Active New York Single State RN license required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: EPIC
experience required Pediatric spinal cord injury experience
preferred Description: Registered Nurse ER (Adult) needed for a
13-week contract. Shift hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidate must
be available to work every other holiday, if needed. Weekend
coverage is required every other weekend. Must submit any requests
for time off upon application. The client may cancel up to three
shifts during the contract period without any charges. Experience
in IV therapy, including blood product administration and central
line care, is required. Candidates should be skilled in cardiac
monitoring and emergency care for both adults and pediatrics. Will
be required to float within skillset. The patient-to-nurse ratio is
1:5. Other required skills include interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias, triage, and isolation precautions. Must have
experience managing critical conditions, including neuro-trauma and
spinal cord injuries. All emergency diagnosis experience is
preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with special equipment,
including Bair huggers and rapid infusers. Candidate should be able
to demonstrate competency in managing ventilated patients.
