System (MSP) Location: 75 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611 Contract
Type: Travel | Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 11/03/2025 | Shift:
3x12s, Days (05:30 AM – 6:00 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; occasional Sundays
for holidays Position Details Primary Role: Charge Nurse/Team
Leader – runs a 4-patient pod Duties: Stringing and setting up
Fresenius dialysis machines; initiate and monitor dialysis; patient
care and symptom management; respond to alarms and emergencies
Float: Yes – to other Rochester dialysis locations Charting System:
Epic (required) Equipment: Fresenius 20008T, Prismaflex (for CRRT*)
Patient Setting: Outpatient & Chronic Dialysis preferred
Requirements License: Active NY RN License (required, in hand to
submit) Experience: 1 year RN experience; charge/team lead
experience required Certifications: AHA BLS (required) Skills
Required: Cannulation of AV fistula/graft Dialysate conductivity
testing Tunneled/non-tunneled catheter management Blood and blood
product administration Management of complications (e.g., air
emboli, hypotension, hemolysis, etc.) EMR: Epic – mandatory
