Collaborate with a diverse team including primary care, behavioral
health, chiropractic, pediatrics, and on-site pharmacy Manageable
patient caseloads and flexible scheduling Outpatient only with no

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $210,000 $280,000 Eligible
for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and National Health
Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment Health, dental, and vision
coverage through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY - $10,000
annual contribution toward family plan premiums - $5,000 for
individual plans 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% employer
