Family Medicine Physician (FP) A Family Medicine Physician is needed in Cuba, NY. Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a 50-town rural region in western New York and Pennsylvania. This role offers full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
