Must-Have: - Epic experience required - IV therapy skills including
blood product administration, central line care, phlebotomy,
starting/maintaining IVs - Cardiac monitoring skills - Emergency
care experience for adult and pediatric patients Description: This
position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The role
requires a commitment to working from 7 PM to 7 AM. There is a
requirement to work every other weekend and every other holiday if
needed. The nurse will need to float within their skillset as
required. The patient ratios will be 1:5, focusing on adults and
geriatrics. Experience with EPIC charting is necessary. The nurse
will manage various emergency scenarios including gunshot wounds
and trauma. Isolation precautions, triage, and emergency care
experience are essential. Special equipment used in this unit
includes safe patient handling equipment and rapid infusers. The
nurse will be part of an interdisciplinary support team including
various specialists. This facility recognizes the importance of
advanced diagnostic technology and patient care. Candidates must
have active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Requirements
