for the provision of competent care based on established standards.
This role operates under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The
Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may
include charge nurse responsibilities. Preceptor and committee
member responsibilities may also be included. All nurses are
expected to demonstrate clinical practice, service excellence,
professional development, and engage in research and evidence-based
practice. Rotating shifts will include days, evenings, and nights,
with every other weekend and holiday responsibilities. No straight
