non-profit hospital consistently ranked among the Top 100 in the

long term. Practice Highlights: General ENT with strong community
demand and retiring provider's patient panel Hospital ranked Top
100 nationally for 9 consecutive years 4-day workweek with very
light call obligations Oversee integrated Audiology and Allergy
services, including immunotherapy Dedicated PA for in-clinic
support to focus on surgery Employed position through a
physician-led, nonprofit group Base salary: $550,000 with RVU
production model 6 weeks of PTO comprehensive benefits package
