Job Description Psychiatrist or Pediatrician (Offering Visa Sponsorship) - Niagra Falls, NY Accepting candidates with H1 and J1 waiver New grads welcome Schedule: 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Overview We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing comprehensive psychiatric care and positively impacting patients' lives. Duties Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health conditions Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments Provide mental health counseling and therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy Work with individuals across the lifespan, including children and those with developmental disabilities Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting to ensure holistic patient care Qualifications Medical degree with a specialization in Psychiatry Board certification in Psychiatry Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology, and mental health counseling Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Prior experience in data collection and analysis related to patient care If you are a compassionate Psychiatrist looking to make a difference in the field of mental health, we welcome you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
