Job Description Erie, Pennsylvania – Medical Oncologist Opportunity Board Eligible / Board Certified Clinical Role: Do you know someone who may be a good fit for this position? Seeking a board certified or board eligible medical oncologist and/or hematologist Physicians should have strong clinical skills and an interest in delivering high-quality patient care Opportunity to participate in numerous clinical trials available throughout the network Must have or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license Join an established practice located near the hospital campus Practice offers the latest medical oncology treatments and access to clinical trials Work as part of an integrated, physician-led network of clinicians Collaborate with experienced medical oncologists/hematologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, lab, pharmacy, and support staff Practice includes outpatient and inpatient medical consults, chemotherapy, lab services, and supportive therapy visits Monday–Friday schedule Clinic and hospital hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Shared call coverage with physician colleagues Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and training Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Generous paid time off CME days and CME stipend Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short- and long-term disability Group life insurance Paid parental leave Retirement Benefits: 403(b) retirement plan with 50% employer match Employer-paid pension plan Additional Benefits: Tuition assistance available for self, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents Relocation assistance for customary and reasonable moving expenses Discover Erie, Pennsylvania Erie offers the perfect balance of advanced healthcare opportunities and an exceptional quality of life.
