As a Health Information Representative, you’ll have an important role in the patient experience at Neighborhood. About the Role: As a Health Information Representative, you’ll apply your customer service skills and attention to detail to carry out medical records policies and procedures. Responsibilities include: Carries out health information customer service Maintains the integrity of all patient records Performs all health information tasks Other duties as assigned. You will be primarily based at our Mattina location, 300 Niagara Street in Buffalo. Education, Training & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. No experience required Must be available to work any shift Monday-Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. What We Offer: Compensation: Starting rate $18.50 per hour.
