Job Description:

Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Urgent Care Physician to join a collaborative and highly respected medical team. This is an onsite opportunity in a modern, well-equipped urgent care environment in Erie, PA where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities.The physician will provide comprehensive urgent care services, managing a broad range of acute conditions and working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary care team to deliver timely, high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform urgent care triage, evaluation, and treatment including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and recommending appropriate clinical interventions Document all clinical assessments, treatment decisions, medications ordered, and referral consultations in the electronic health record on the day of each encounter Provide patient stabilization and coordinate transfer to higher-level care facilities when clinically indicated Deliver consultation and referral guidance to referring clinicians as appropriate Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions to patients following each urgent care encounter Participate in staff meetings, QA/QI documentation, and patient safety compliance and reporting Qualifications Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory Current BLS and ACLS certifications Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) Strong clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a fast-paced environment Schedule Clinic Hours: Daily, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (including holidays) Benefits Highly competitive compensation Housing stipend options (negotiable) Travel or mileage reimbursement when applicable Comprehensive credentialing and onboarding support Long-term contract potential Why Join Vigilant Healthcare Solutions?
