Job Description:
Parallel Employment is seeking an Customer Service Clerk for a
busy pool company located in Lancaster , NY !
Salary : $15- $16 hourly , dependent on experience
Shift : 1st shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM , plus 2 Saturday's a month for
Overtime
Responsibilities:Customer Service duties Handling incoming phone
calls
Process sales documents Printing material pick sheets Memos/ Emails
/ Correspondences Invoice Reporting Assist with inventory
management Process daily receiving, purchase order, and shipment
paperwork
Daily updating of spreadsheets as well as any other necessary work
designated by the warehouse office supervisor
Requirements3 months previous office experience MS EXCEL / MS WORD
/ OUTLOOK experience Good attendance Reliable Transportation
