Job Description We have multiple Customer Service Representative
positions available in the Tonawanda area working for a pool supply
company Shift is 8am to 4:30pm with OT Pay rate based on experience
between $16.50-17/hr Apply with your resume for immediate

Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via email and
telephone to answer questions and resolve issues. Utilize
operational systems to process purchases, returns and refunds of
products. Effectively interface with other departments including
Marketing, Accounting and Warehouse. --- Qualifications: 1 year of
relevant customer service experience in an office or call-center
environment. Strong telephone skills. Ability to create concise
emails and other written communications. Schedule flexibility -
evening and weekend hours are required as is seasonal overtime.
Problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to multi-task
