wine list and cocktail program, alongside a delightful tapas-style
food menu, create the perfect backdrop for memorable culinary
experiences. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and organized
Chef/Line Cook to join our team at Carmella's Wine Bar. As a
Chef/Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth
flow of service between the kitchen and the dining area. Your
culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure that each
dish is prepared to perfection and presented beautifully to our
guests. $16-$21/Hour Key Responsibilities: Prepare and plate a
variety of tapas-style dishes, ensuring consistent quality and
presentation. Expedite orders from the kitchen to the dining area,
ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food. Work positivley with
other BOH employees and Chef Team Collaborate with the owner to
ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean
and organized kitchen and expo area, adhering to health and safety
standards. Bring creativity and passion to our culinary offerings.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your
culinary skills and knowledge Ordering, dating and responsibility
of all food and BOH items Qualifications: Previous experience as a
chef, Line cook or expo in a restaurant setting preferred. Strong
culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious and visually
appealing dishes. Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
