Job Description:
Sodexo is seeking a dedicated and creative Executive Chef 3 to
join our dynamic team in the educational sector. This role will be
pivotal in maintaining and elevating the dining experiences at
educational institutions, ensuring that meal options are
nutritious, diverse, and appealing. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to fostering a
wholesome dining environment. You will lead a team of culinary
professionals and work closely with clients to meet dietary needs
and preferences, promoting Sodexo's mission to improve the quality
of life. Plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of culinary
operations within an educational institution. Develop and implement
menus that meet the nutritional standards and appeal to the tastes
of a diverse student and staff population. Manage budgeting and
procurement of food items and kitchen supplies. Ensure strict
adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations. Train, mentor,
and manage kitchen staff to maintain high culinary and service
standards. Collaborate with dietary specialists to accommodate
dietary restrictions and special requests. Organize special
catering events and seasonal school functions. Continually assess
and refine dining services to enhance customer satisfaction and
operational efficiency. Strong leadership and management skills
