Job Summary:
As a Lead/ Senior Software Engineer your focus is on developing our
OpenPath Passive Optical Network system. This includes gathering
user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code
in various languages. The role of a Lead Software Engineer is to
design high-quality and high-performing software and lead junior
members of the team in implementation. This is an onsite role based
out of our Rochester, NY facility and will be reporting directly to
the Technical Director of SW Engineering.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of
$110,000-130,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on
the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden
believes it might pay for this job based on applicable
circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay
more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and
commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and
geographical location.
