Our client, an office supply manufacturer, is seeking a Reach Truck operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Material Handling and Shipping Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Reach Truck Operator Location: Depew, NY Pay Range: $19/hour Hours: Mon-Fri; 11am-7:30pm What’s the Job? Operate a Reach Truck to transport materials from storage or work sites to designated areas Inspect materials for quality and defects, and identify materials by part number or description. Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site. Record daily production counts, weights, and units handled. Maintain a clean work area, assemble crates, and label or mark materials properly. What’s Needed? Must have Reach Truck operating experience Ability to stand for long periods and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds Attention to detail when inspecting and labeling materials. Ability to read and understand part numbers or written descriptions. Willingness to adhere to all safety rules and regulations. What’s in it for me? Opportunity for a Contract to Hire position.
