Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers / Assemblers to join a well-established manufacturing team in the Penn Yan area. This position involves hands-on work assembling and producing high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Assemble components according to production instructions and specifications Safely use hand tools and power tools (such as drills, wrenches, and rivet guns) Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the production process Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools required Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
