Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Machine Operators Location: Medina, NY Pay Range: $16.75 - $18.50 (depending on experience) Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2pm What's the Job? Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently during assigned shift Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and quality standards Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and company policies What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required Ability to stand for the entire shift Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes What's in it for me?
