The IT Service
Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for
customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
This individual will perform remote troubleshooting through
diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and determine the
best solutions based on the issue and details provided by
- Serves as the

- Assesses when
unresolved issues must be directed to the next level of support
personnel and does so in a timely manner.
- Provides accurate
information on IT products or services.

- Minimum of
Associates degree in IT or related field OR equivalent
- Technical savvy
with working knowledge of office automation products and end user
- Experience in the
health care industry preferred
certification (ex. A+) preferred
- Current, valid
