Strategist plays a vital role in supporting, creating, and
executing strategies to increase the number of candidates that the

strong focus on critical nursing roles (RN, LPN, CNA,
Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist provides significant
consultation and educational support regarding talent acquisition
processes and best practices to executives, administrators, HR
staff and hiring managers. The Senior Talent Acquisition
Specialist is assigned to support the most complex and challenging
facilities with a high volume of open requisitions. This role
focuses on the development of candidate attraction and sourcing
strategies, marketing and branding campaigns, candidate experience
initiatives, workforce recruitment programs as well as projects to
improve or enhance Talent Acquisition processes and systems.
Assigned projects have significant scope, generally with
organization-wide impact and are on-going in nature.
