After-Hours CoordinatorPart-time -(paid per shift)WORK LOCATION: -Candidates for this position need to be located within our company service area of Erie County. After-Hours Coordinators may be needed to complete CAREGiver introductions during their shift time or make a visit to a client's home to support in case of emergency.Are you a self-starter? Do you enjoy the flexibility of working from home? - Home Instead - -is looking for an individual to add to our existing team of After-Hours staff. An After-Hours Coordinator -ensures -that our both clients and CAREGivers -receive continuous and responsive support over the weekend. -Each evening an After-Hours Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from the end of regular business at 5 PM until regular business hours resume the next morning at 9 AM (Monday, Tuesday, -Wednesday, and Thursday evenings). There is also a requirement to have availability to participate in a weekend rotation with the After-Hours team. - -We are looking for someone who -enjoys working independently, excels with multi-tasking, exudes a positive attitude when faced with a challenge, and has a strong ability to recognize and understand the needs of customers. You will coordinate and schedule back-up care for our clients, support CAREGivers providing care, and communicate messages to administrative team members. - -Join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. - -Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school graduation or the equivalent
  • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be compliant with New York State Motor Vehicle laws
  • Must follow the Policy that pertains to Driver's License requirements as a condition of employment -
  • Knowledge or experience of the senior care industry preferred
  • Must be computer proficient (I.E. Microsoft Products, internet browsing, smartphone usage, etc.)
  • Must have the ability to work independently and -maintain confidentiality of information
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, pre-employment drug screen, professional and personal reference checksTo Apply: -
