After-Hours CoordinatorPart-time -(paid per shift)WORK LOCATION:
-Candidates for this position need to be located within our company
service area of Erie County. After-Hours Coordinators may be needed
to complete CAREGiver introductions during their shift time or make
a visit to a client's home to support in case of emergency.Are you
a self-starter? Do you enjoy the flexibility of working from home?
- Home Instead - -is looking for an individual to add to our
existing team of After-Hours staff. An After-Hours Coordinator
-ensures -that our both clients and CAREGivers -receive continuous
and responsive support over the weekend. -Each evening an
After-Hours Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone
calls from the end of regular business at 5 PM until regular
business hours resume the next morning at 9 AM (Monday, Tuesday,
-Wednesday, and Thursday evenings). There is also a requirement to
have availability to participate in a weekend rotation with the
After-Hours team. - -We are looking for someone who -enjoys working
independently, excels with multi-tasking, exudes a positive
attitude when faced with a challenge, and has a strong ability to
recognize and understand the needs of customers. You will
coordinate and schedule back-up care for our clients, support
CAREGivers providing care, and communicate messages to
