Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads expert to join the Accelerate Now Law Firm Marketing Team. As a Google Ads Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients and our company by building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

This is a full-time position but we may consider part-time for the right person. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:
--- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our legal clients.
--- Conduct keyword research, audience, and competitor analysis to develop effective ad campaign strategies.
--- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI.
--- Implement best practices for ad copywriting, ad extensions, and landing page optimization.
--- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads updates to ensure campaigns are aligned with the latest practices.
--- Collaborate with our team to develop integrated marketing strategies.
--- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
--- Must have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar ad portfolios.
--- Expert user in all Google Ads tools and platforms.
--- Expert user in Google Analytics 4.
--- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven recommendations.
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to campaign management.
