Duties

Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including routine service and specialized repairs.
Use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
Perform tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, suspension work, and engine diagnostics.
Ensure all repairs are performed to Mercedes-Benz's quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle technology and diagnostic tools specific to Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, service recommendations, and costs.
Complete all service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Participate in ongoing training programs to further your expertise in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an automotive technology program is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic technology.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest service standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
