Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Dealer Business Development
Manager to enhance dealer networks and expand our market reach.
This role involves strategic planning, extensive market research,
and the execution of growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will
possess a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem,
demonstrate proactive leadership, and exhibit strong analytical
skills to drive business opportunities and increase revenue through
strategic partnerships and innovative business solutions. Develop
and implement strategies for new dealer acquisitions and enhance
relationships with existing dealers. Analyze market trends and
competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop bespoke financial
solutions that meet dealer needs. Conduct regular performance
reviews with dealers to ensure compliance with agreement terms and
achievement of sales targets. Prepare detailed progress reports and
business forecasts for senior management. Lead negotiations and
close deals with new dealers while maintaining profitable and
sustainable partnerships. Strong strategic planning and management
skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Profound
knowledge of the financial services industry and market dynamics
Ability to analyze data and provide insights Experience with CRM
software and MS Office Certified Business Development Manager
(CBDM) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is
preferred
