Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Dealer Business
Development Manager to expand and enhance our partnerships within
the financial services industry. This role is crucial for driving
growth and maintaining the strategic alignment of business
development initiatives with company goals. The successful
candidate will be adept at identifying new dealer opportunities,
negotiating deals, and cultivating lasting relationships with key
stakeholders. Identify potential dealer partners within the
financial services sector and develop strategic relationships.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing dealer partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development
strategies with company objectives. Monitor market trends and
competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary. Prepare
and deliver presentations to senior management and potential
partners. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company
policies during partnership developments. Strong negotiation and
deal-closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proven ability to develop and execute business development
strategies. Deep understanding of the financial services industry
and payment solutions. Ability to work collaboratively across teams
and with all levels of management. Certified Business Development
Manager (CBDM) preferred.
