The District Manager will be instrumental in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets while managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster strong client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and lead initiatives that enhance market penetration and increase profitability. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve district revenue targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of a team of sales professionals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure retention and growth. Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service and operational efficiency. Manage budgeting and forecasting for the district, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the district's operations. Strong leadership and team management skills Proven sales and business development experience Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial data and prepare budgets Knowledge of financial services and payment technology industries Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
