Employment Type: Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Summary: FLACRA is seeking a motivated and compassionate
Supportive Living Counselor to assist individuals in achieving
housing stability and financial independence. This role provides
case management, housing support, and vocational guidance to
clients with behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate is
client-focused, organized, and comfortable working both
independently and as part of a collaborative team. Required
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Health or Human Services
Training or experience in vocational counseling and behavioral
health Valid NYS Driver’s License Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with housing placement or community support
programs Familiarity with landlord negotiation, rental processes,
and local housing systems
