Worker position is available in Warren, MI, supporting K-12
students, primarily middle and high school, within a residential
facility. This unique role involves working onsite with male youth
who are victims or offenders of sexual violence, providing
specialized support tailored to their complex needs. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive social work services to
students in a residential setting Conduct assessments, develop
individualized care plans, and facilitate interventions Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare
professionals Offer counseling and crisis intervention focusing on
trauma-informed care Maintain accurate documentation and comply
with all regulatory requirements Foster a safe, supportive
environment conducive to healing and growth Qualifications: Valid
Michigan social work license, verified through official state
resources Experience working with youth affected by trauma,
preferably within residential or school settings Strong knowledge
of child protection laws and practices Ability to work exclusively
onsite, with no virtual service provision Preferred candidates
