Overview: Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to
join a multidisciplinary team in a community-focused health center.
Located in scenic Western New York, this opportunity offers

collaborative work culture.Qualifications: MD or DO licensed in New
York Board Certified in Family Medicine CPR certified Knowledge of
current practices in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Valid
U.S. work authorization Valid NY State Driver's License with clean
driving record and access to insured vehicle Compensation &
Benefits: Salary Range: $190,000 $265,000 per year Eligible for
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and NHSC loan repayment
Malpractice coverage through FTCA $10,000 annual contribution
toward health/dental/vision premiums for family plans; $5,000 for
individual Health insurance through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield
of WNY 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% match 4 weeks PTO
(personal and sick combined) 6 paid holidays CEU allowance and

Manageable patient caseload Estimated pay range/amount is $199435
to $331069.
