Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine
Operator, you will be an essential part of the production
department, supporting operational efficiency and quality
assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability,
attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Medina, NY Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.25 (depending on
experience) Shift: 2nd shift What's the Job? Operate and monitor
machinery to ensure smooth production processes Perform routine
inspections and maintenance on equipment Follow safety protocols
and maintain a clean work environment Assist in troubleshooting and
resolving operational issues Document production data accurately
for quality control What's Needed? Ability to stand for the entire
shift GED or High School Diploma (REQUIRED) Previous experience in
manufacturing or machine operation is a plus Strong attention to
detail and safety awareness Good communication and teamwork skills
